So we tried to destroy it. Rolled it fully loaded for 10 km, dropped it 200 times onto concrete, and put the wheels through 2,000 turns under load. Here's the footage.
The Distance Test
We deployed the trolley, stacked bags on the platform, and ran the whole loaded rig on a treadmill for 10 kilometres of nonstop rolling. No wobble, no rattle, no drift: the wheels stay smooth and the trolley never slips.
Pull it out, stack your bags, roll. Fold it away and the case is a clean carry-on again.

We packed it to capacity and dropped it 200 times from 1.5 metres onto bare concrete, corners first, then flat on each face, then straight down onto the wheel base. The polycarbonate shell flexes and absorbs the hit, the reinforced aluminium frame holds its shape, and everything inside stays exactly where it was packed.
No cracked corners. No sprung latches. No jammed trolley. It picks straight back up and rolls like nothing happened.

We locked the fully loaded case into a rotating rig and put the wheels through 2,000 turns under a 23 kg / 51 lbs load. The multi-directional spinners keep turning quiet and true, with no flat-spotting and no drag.
And when they finally do wear out, they pop off and swap back in seconds, no tools, no service centre.
